General Update
Oct. 6th, 2023 02:16 pmWARNING: I am not in the best mental state rn. im partially using this blog to help me sort out my emotions, but I don't want to bombard you guys.
Hiiiiiiii everypony. Got to midterms at school and I think it's going alright so far. I only have one exam I have to take and other than that just a few projects I need to work on. I've been able to play some vidya games between classes so it hasn't been the worst.
Mentally I don't really know how well I am doing. As you guys know, my previous therapy session did not go well, and I haven't looked for a therapist since. I know I should get a therapist, but I am a little worried my mom will try to choose a therapist for me again and I really really don't want a repeat of the last session. I've been having intrusive thoughts still and they are harming me. Today I had a pretty awful moment where I couldn't do anything but stare at a wall and try to push the thoughts out. I am trying to find ways to cope but it has been really difficult for me.
Other than that I have been relatively happy. You guys as always make my day substantially better. I want to post a bit more often in art club but school has been a little draining. Hopefully i can get some more time to jop with you all <3
